Our USD Alumni are still facing challenges that the pandemic surfaced. Working to meet this need, our team has been busy with 1:1 career coaching sessions with alumni, that increased by 23% in this year alone. The support speaks to our belief that high quality services are pertinent to all USD alumni, no matter how long it's been since they have walked across campus.

This year showcased the importance of our T.E.A.M. (Torero Employer & Alumni Mentors) platform, that had already grown since its conception in 2018. Our incredible USD alumni have participated in 6,360 actions on the virtual portal and posted over 200 jobs for alumni and students. Alumni have also showed up. They have supported 23 targeted career events to support undergraduate students this year and regularly utilize over 50 affinity groups to keep alumni and students connected.

This year we streamlined our programs to best meet the needs of our graduate students by adding recorded versions of our main workshops to the CDev Youtube channel that is accessible to students 24/7. In addition, we diversified our programming as we built specific on-demand e-learning modules for the newest graduate programs, the Masters in Applied Data Science and Cyber Security.

Our regular programming continues to impact the lives of our students and this year was no exception. We continued to provide top notch hybrid service to students, utilizing our signature platforms, to strengthen each experience.
