Elizabeth (Liz) Doll '15 (MSRE)

Executive Director of Asset Services, Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc.

Elizabeth (Liz) Doll ’15 (MSRE) serves as an executive director of asset services at Alexandria Real Estate Equities and oversees a mega campus in San Diego’s Sorrento Valley subregion.

Liz started her commercial real estate career in early 2006, working for a boutique property management company. She relocated to San Diego to pursue her Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) at the University of San Diego in 2015.

Over her career, Liz has accelerated growth of various business lines, including brokerage, property management, asset management, recruiting and mentoring. She assists in managing regional profitability, and she is adept at promptly responding to changing market conditions.

Liz has been very active and has served in various leadership roles within CREW San Diego since 2018.  She served as chair of CREW’s university outreach committee, (UCREW), served for two years on CREW San Diego’s board as director of career outreach, which oversees UCREW, CrewMates and CREWCareers. She then served a year as president-elect and is currently president. Liz is the recipient of GlobeSt’s Elite Women of Influence award and was a finalist for San Diego Business Journal’s Next Top 40 Under 40 Awards.
