Suzy is senior vice president of marketing and business strategy for the McCarthy Southern Pacific Region based in San Diego. A former design manager, Suzy has worked closely with design and preconstruction teams to bring best value solutions to our clients. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry and having worked for a large healthcare system prior to joining McCarthy, she brings a unique owner’s perspective to our projects. Her expertise in working with clients and architects in a collaborative environment provides the background that helps McCarthy deliver an exceptional experience for clients throughout Southern California and Nevada. A certified DBIA Professional, Suzy is also active in McCarthy Partnership for Women, an employee resource group supporting the recruitment, development and retention of women at McCarthy and in our industry to broaden diversity of perspective. Suzy holds a bachelor’s in economics from University of California, San Diego.
