End of Year

Return any misplaced green OZZI containers, plates, and silverware to Pavilion Dining, SLP, or to the dish bin in your residence hall.

If you have Dining Dollars left in your account, use up the balance at the dining locations. Academic-year Meal Plans (meal swipes, equivalencies and Dining Dollars) will expire on the last day of undergraduate finals (5/23/25). (Campus Cash will roll over to next semester).

Sell back textbooks, and return rental books, to the Torero Store. You may sell back books any time of the year - for the best return value on this semester's books - sell back by the last day of undergraduate finals (5/23/25).

Prepare for a proper checkout from your residence hall: review the checkout documents provided to you by Housing for details for a stress-free and successful room checkout.

As you pack, try to recycle, donate, repurpose and safely dispose of items instead of putting them in the trash. Give clothing, food and furniture to a friend/roommate. There will be bins for donation items near all housing areas. If an item doesn't fit in the bin you may place it next to the bin.

Last day reminders: Empty the fridge, gather up your houseplants, close and latch windows, turn off the lights and lock the door! Don't forget to sign the check out form.

Jobs for Fall Semester:

Auxiliary Services will be hiring for the fall semester. A few part-time positions start in late July - most start by the first week of September. Don't forget to bring original identification documents with you to campus, to complete the hiring process. We recommend you submit your application in July. Currently, we have no openings for summer.

Take one last group photo, or share one more hug, with your roommates and friends. Enjoy a wonderful and safe summer. We're already looking forward to your return in the fall!
