About me: As a current junior, I work as a fellow in the Changemaker Hub as well as in the University's Cross Border Initiatives Program. Under the guidance of Drs. Jessica Bell and Ellis Bell, I am conducting research in counteracting tooth and bone decay by creating an artificially-enhanced version of cystatin, a protein that naturally occurs in the body. Through my time at USD and in my classes in the Honors Program, I have grown my interest in public service, particularly in communities throughout the San Diego area.

Plan After Graduation: I hope to pursue a career in the health sciences.
