Sexual Assault Awareness

The Women's Center collaborates with various campus departments and local organizations to raise awareness about sexual violence and the profound impact it has on the USD community. We provide education and opportunities to take action throughout the year.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month!

The purpose of Sexual Assault Awareness Month is to raise awareness on our campus about the reality of sexual assault and to support survivors in our community. During April, we dedicate one week to programming and events for Sexual Assault Awareness Week. SAAW is a time to come together and break the silence surrounding the issue of violence. By uniting together, we will stand up and work to end the violence that happens everyday.

Please join us for these Sexual Assault Awareness Week events!
