The Center for Health and Wellness Promotion (CHWP) serves the USD community through educational opportunities, outreach events, individual and group services, campus-wide programs, and research initiatives to enhance student wellness.

The Student Health Center provides high-quality, accessible, and timely primary care: provides an innovative practice model to meet student's health needs; continues to improve efficiency in providing services; increases the understanding of services provided to students.
The Center for Health & Wellness Promotion organizes educational outreach, promotion, and training efforts to increase the well-being of the campus community. These services are available by completing the Student Wellness Presentation Request.
Group counseling is a form of treatment that allows participants to learn about themselves and their relationships with others and to address personal difficulties that are often shared by other members of the group.
