Young Tax Lawyers of the State Bar of California Taxation Section: Generation Skipping Transfer Tax

The San Diego Chapter of the Young Tax Lawyers of the California State Bar Taxation Section meets each month at 7:45 a.m. in the Faculty Reading Room at the University of San Diego School of Law. All those interested, including tax students and tax attorneys, are encouraged to attend and join. Refreshments and various breakfast items are provided.

THE GENERATION SKIPPING TRANSFERS

The Young Tax Lawyers Group is very pleased to announce that Louis Mezzullo will be presenting at our March meeting. Mr. Mezzullo will be discussing the daunting Generation Skipping Transfer Tax.
 
Mr. Mezzullo is a partner in the law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, working principally out of its Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. office. His principal areas of practice are Taxation, Estate and Business Succession Planning and Employee Benefits. He is on the faculty of the University of Miami School of Law Graduate Program in Estate Planning. He also lectures for the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Virginia Bar Foundation and the Virginia Society of CPAs. He was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Richmond Law School from 1978 until 2006.
