Mindfulness Group
The Mindfulness Group teaches stress reduction through mindful awareness and non-doing. Each meeting involves gathering time, a meditative activity, and short discussion of the meditative activity. Group members are strongly encouraged to begin early in the semester to reap maximum stress reduction benefits, but may be able to join later as well.
