Center for Health and Wellness Promotions
The Center for Health and Wellness Promotions (CHWP) is a great resource to discover wellness tips and to find out about healthy lifestyles and choices. CHWP provides individual clinical consultations, assessment, education, and develops and implement programs and activities that educate and promote a healthy USD student community.
Here at USD, we know how important it is to start your college career right. That’s why the FRESH@USD program offers over 25 sessions designed to assist new students with their transition to college.
If you want to learn more about yourself, stop by Outdoor Adventures (OA). They offer leadership programs like REACH teambuilding as well as guide trainings that prepare you to take USD community members on customized trips, and adventure trips. OA also offers a program for you to "Discover San Diego" in partnership with Residential Life.
For Toreros looking to develop their spiritual connections, the University Ministry team can help you clarify your values, and find your vocation. In addition to a vibrant Roman Catholic sacramental life, University Ministry offers immersion trips, local service opportunities, retreats, small faith-sharing communities, pastoral counseling and companionship, scripture study and all-faith services.

United Front Multicultural Center
The United Front Multicultural Center (UFMC) invites everyone to experience diverse cultures, explore identities, engage in dialogue and empower each other to create a vibrant and inclusive community. The UFMC has many leadership opportunities, retreats, resources and multicultural student organizations for those interested in getting involved.
The Women’s Center is a great resource to explore issues of privilege and equality as it relates to gender issues. They offer service opportunities, retreats and discussion groups to enhance your understanding of the world surrounding gender and women’s issues.
