Our Misson Improve the quality of life for our client by transforming her current living structure into an accessible and comfortable home; Effective project management will enhance our educational experience and better the community by involving them through partnerships, donations, and volunteering. Our Scope Our client was recently confined to a wheel chair and now not only has difficulty navigating through her home, but there are now many hazards that exist for her as well. Our project will make her house accessible to her by lowering countertops, installing sinks where she can reach the faucet, widening doors, modifying and installing new access ramps, as well an installing a roll-in shower. These are some of the many transformations that Rosalie's home will undergo during our project, all free of charge to her. |

Rosalie, her son Mike, and their dog Sampson live in a cozy two bedroom house in San Diego. Recently Rosalie has become confined to a wheel chair for reasons unknown to doctors. This has been a trying time for her not only because it is now more difficult for her to get around day to day, but also because she can no longer go salsa dancing as she used to do 6 nights a week for the past 20 years. But Rosalie's recent misfortune has not dampened her spirits as she is always smiling and has found new ways to adapt to her challenges. Rosalie has invited us into her life and her home with open arms, and we are truly amazed by her upbeat and positive outlook on life. She is truly an inspiration to us all.

Thanks to Carl! He took on the most undesired job on the site and did it with a smile on his face.
