A course designed for the non-science major that focuses on the major ideas of modern chemistry and the role that chemistry plays in a technological society. The lecture content is similar to that in CHEM 101, however, this course includes a laboratory that will satisfy the Core Curriculum requirement for a laboratory course in the natural sciences. Note: Course will be canceled if there are fewer than six (6) paid students enrolled as of Monday, May 5.
