Payment of Tuition and Fees for Intersession 2009

Tuition payment for courses reserved using WebReg is due Friday, November 21. If you are using financial aid, you must clear your registration by presenting a Financial Aid Referral, obtained only after your application is completed and the offer is accepted. Class registration is not officially completed until all tuition and fees are paid.

Payment Options

By registering for classes you agree to pay all applicable tuition and registration fees. Your class registration will not be canceled due to non payment.

For complete and current information on payment options which best meet your needs, see the following:

• Check made payable to USD: paid at the One Stop Student Center, Hahn    University Center, Room 125.
• E-Pay: Only checks from regular checking accounts at U.S. domestic banks    (including most credit unions) may be used for electronic check payments. For    more information, call (619) 260-2700, go to    www.sandiego.edu/studentaccounts/epay.php or follow the link through your    MySanDiego account. Bring your confirmation number to the One Stop Student    Center when you register.
• Financial Aid: Obtain a Financial Aid Referral at the One Stop Student Center after    your application is completed and the offer is accepted;    www.sandiego.edu/financial_aid or (619) 260-2700.
• Submit your Financial Aid Referral to the One Stop Student Center after    registration to defer your loan. Please note, if your financial aid does not cover the    balance in full, the difference must be paid at time of deferment.
• Student Financial Services can be reached at    www.sandiego.edu/studentaccounts or (619) 260-2700.
• Veterans and eligible dependents interested in applying for benefits should    contact the veteran’s administrator in the Office of the Registrar at (619) 260-4600,    ext. 2032.

Priority deadline for receipt of financial aid applications for Intersession 2009.

November 17, 2008
First day Intersession 2009 financial aid can be awarded.
