Summary: At approximately 0040 Public Safety responded to a complaint of excessive noise coming from a group of individuals. Upon investigation the individuals left the area.

Summary: At approximately 1040 Public Safety responded to a report of graffiti that was caused by a group of students. Upon investigation the reporting party stated that they saw a group of individuals writing on the wall but was unsure exactly which individuals in the group were writing on the wall.

Summary: At approximately 2325 Public Safety responded to a complaint of excessive noise coming from a group of students. Upon investigation the group counselor was contacted and advised the students to return to their resident hall rooms.

Location: MANCHESTER SPORTS FIELD
Summary: At approximately 2310 Public Safety observed two suspicious individuals loitering in from of a resident hall building. Upon investigation the individuals fled the area on foot and were later found hiding in the bushes. Both individuals admitted to being under the influence of alcohol and one was found in the possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were then escorted off campus.

Location: UNIVERSITY OFFICE PARK
Summary: At approximately 0319 while on routine patrol, Public Safety observed a suspicious male standing in the bushes. Upon investigation the subject was contacted and left the campus. Upon further investigation of the area a pair of wire cutters and a hacksaw blade were found. Public Safety tried to re-contact the subject but he was no longer in the area.

Summary: At approximately 1415 Public Safety responded to a report of the theft of two laptops and a purse from an unsecured room in the University Center between 1255 and 1330 on 08/07/2006. Upon investigation the items were said to have been left in the room during a lunch break and were found to be missing upon return.
