Location: SAN ANTONIO DE PADUA
Summary: At approximately 0147 Public Safety responded to a complaint of excessive noise coming from a resident hall room.  Upon investigation one resident student was cited for hosting, one resident student was cited for minor in possession and four non-students were found to be under age and in possession of alcohol and released to the parents of one of the individuals.

Location: WARREN HALL SCHOOL OF LAW LOT
Summary: At approximately 1022 Public Safety responded to a report of a traffic accident that involved a university owned vehicle. Upon investigation, an employee had accidentally struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle while driving a golf cart. The vehicle’s owner was able to be contacted, and the vehicle sustained moderate damage.

Incident Class & Type SERVICE NON-INJURY TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
Location: MAIN KIOSK – EAST OF MAIN ENTRANCE
Summary: At approximately 7:54 pm on Saturday, June 06, the University of San Diego Department of Public Safety (DPS) received a report of a male subject who had allegedly exposed himself to a female while she was jogging westbound along Linda Vista Road west of the Main Entrance and east of the USD stairway located on Linda Vista. The individual, described as a black male, 5’10” and 180lbs with black hair and brown eyes, was contacted by Public Safety shortly after the incident was reported. The San Diego Police Department was contacted and responded to the scene. SDPD placed the individual under arrest for indecent exposure and for failing to register as a felony sex offender. The individual, identified as Anthony Patton, is not permitted to be on USD property. Should you see Mr. Patton, do not attempt to contact him, and please call DPS immediately at 619-260-2222. Summary: At approximately 1516 Public Safety responded to a theft report involving a university employee’s personal property. Upon investigation, an unknown individual had entered the employee’s office and taken her wallet that had been left unattended and unsecured. The office door had not been locked, and there were no signs of forced entry. No other items were missing from the area.

Location: UNIVERSITY TERRACE APARTMENTS
Summary: At approximately 0006 Public Safety responded to a report of excessive noise within a residence apartment. Upon investigation, one resident student and 18 non-students had been consuming alcohol and causing excessive noise. The resident student was determined to be too intoxicated to care for herself and was voluntarily transported to Detox (BAC .171). The non-students were able to find transportation to take them from campus.

Summary: At approximately 1255 Public Safety received a storage bag containing drug paraphernalia that had been found by a commuter student behind the UC. Upon investigation, one bong and one pipe were inside the unidentified bag. The paraphernalia was destroyed by Public Safety.

Location: WARREN HALL SCHOOL OF LAW-1ST FLOOR LOUNGE
Summary: At approximately 0841 Public Safety responded to a call that a man who had previously been issued a verbal No Trespass Order by Public Safety had been seen in the Warren Hall School of Law. Public Safety contacted the individual, and then placed Mr. Melvin Marbrey under arrest for trespass. SDPD was contacted and assumed custody of Mr. Marbrey.
