Rotunda
The Rotunda is the main entrance to KIPJ and is located adjacent to the Peace & Justice Theatre. It is used for welcoming guests, registration, breakfast, coffee breaks and hosting receptions.
Peace & Justice Theatre
The Peace & Justice Theatre is an intimate, state of the art presentation style auditorium used for plenary sessions, speakers, panel discussions, films, performances, award ceremonies, video conferencing and more. Features include:
- 288 fixed seats (ability to add up to 12 stand alone chairs)
- dual, rear-screen LCD projection system
- wireless microphones
- video conferencing, recording
- audio conferencing, recording
- live audio and video feed to adjacent conference rooms A,B, C, D for additional capacity.
- language translation devices
- removable lectern
Two green rooms with comfortable lounge furniture and a meeting table are located in a convenient, yet private location backstage. Ideal space for your presenters to relax and prepare for the event, or as an office for conference staff, or both.
Conference Rooms A, B, C, D
Each of these multi-purpose rooms is more than 1,100 square feet and can be combined to create a larger spaces for meetings, presentations, lunches, dinners and more. Each room is equipped with audiovisual equipment which can also be combined with other rooms for a uniform presentation, including:
- LCD projection system with drop down projection screen
- wireless microphones
- audio recording
- DVD playback
Conference Rooms E, F
Each of these 'seminar' style rooms is more than 500 square feet and can be combined for 1,130 square feet of meeting space. Each room is equipped with drop down projection screens and a white board. Portable audiovisual equipment is available.
Conference Room G
This unique, warmly decorated space is 530 square feet, and features balcony doors with garden views which open to the Garden Terrace. It is an ideal location for intimate, private receptions, lunches, and dinners for 20-32 persons or, combined with the Garden Terrance, for indoor/outdoor special events up to 100 persons. It features a drop down projection screen and cabinet with white board. Portable audiovisual equipment is available.
Conference Rooms H, I
Located on the second floor of KIPJ, each of these multi-purpose rooms is more than 900 square feet and can be combined to create a larger space for meetings, presentations, lunches, dinners and more. Each room is equipped with drop down projection screens and a white board. Room I has a built-in LCD projection system with audio capability. Portable audiovisual equipment is available for use in Room H.
Boardroom
This executive style boardroom is 2000 square feet, with spectacular views of the west gardens and San Diego's Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The horseshoe shaped conference tables features built-in microphones and comfortably seats 34 persons in luxurious, Italian leather upholstered chairs. Features include:
