Casa de la Paz Guest Residence
The Casa de la Paz is a charming, comfortable and quiet, short-term residence for distinguished guests of the University of San Diego. It's location behind the KIPJ building on the western edge of the mesa, offers privacy and dramatic views of San Diego's Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The Casa is not available for special events.
The first floor features the Salon, a sunlit living area outfitted with comfortable chairs, couches, and a dining table seating 6-8 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
Each guest room is outfitted with wireless internet access, digital alarm clock, cd player, TV/VCR, hair dryer, iron and board.
Suites
There are 2 suites located on the 2nd Floor. The West unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The East unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a single bed.
Both suites have a computer table, living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 ½ bathrooms.
Single Rooms
There are 2 single rooms located on the 1st Floor. Each has a queen sized bed and private bathroom.
Rental fees include local calls, wireless internet access, weekly cleaning, two bottles of water and toiletries for short-term stays. Food and other services are not provided. Reserved parking and daily cleaning service is available for an additional charge.

The Summer Conference Program offers housing on campus for conference groups from June-August.
