This event will include a brief description of a multi-rater instrument, the Conflict Dynamics Profile, and will be followed by a discussion of workplace related cases and research. The panel discussion will include Miriam Rothman, Ph.D., Professor of Management, USD School of Business Administration; and Russ Pierce, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach.
