We are fortunate that Ambassador Richard Boucher, former State Department Spokesman, has requested a meeting with academic and community leaders in the San Diego area.  Ambassador Boucher has served as Spokesman or Deputy Spokesman for six Secretaries of State.   For additional background, his biographical sketch is attached and available online at: http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/biog/631.htm.

We hope to see you on the 27th for an off-the-record briefing and discussion of U.S. foreign policy.
