Keynote address From the Boardroom to the Border: Negotiating for Sustainable Agreements By William Ury, Ph.D., co-founder and senior fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Project and co-author of Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In. Presented by Joan B. Kroc Distinguished Lecture Series
In his keynote address, Ury discussed interest-based negotiation and the importance of cultural understanding when confronted by multiple interests in international agreements.
