All requests for reserved spaces and campus signage must be submitted by USD employees or students using the Virtual EMS system.
Once you have reached the Virtual EMS page, please follow these steps for submitting your request:
- Select the Log In/Log Out link at the top of the page
- Log In using your MySanDiego username and password
- Select “Reservations” at the top of the page.
- Select “Parking Request”
- Follow the steps provided to submit your parking request.
Once your request has been submitted, a representative from our office will contact you within 2 business days with more information.
