Requirements to Participate in 2010 Sorority Recruitment:

- Online Registration

- 12 Units Completed at USD or 24 Transfer Units Completed

- MyStudentBody (Alcohol Education Course) Completed

- GPA must be a 2.7 cummulative or higher

**Please note that if you do not meet these requirments, you will NOT be able to participate in Recruitment- NO exceptions.**

- Q: How do I complete MyStudentBody? A: Click on this link or type in http://www.sandiego.edu/msbinstructions.php. The instruction for how to Log-In and Register are included on this site.

- Q: When registering for recruitment, it asks for my college GPA and hours completed. What if I don't know these yet? Hours completed is essentially asking how many units you will have completed by recruitment. You can just leave both spots blank or put in your high school GPA and the units you will have completed as of January. Panhellenic will go through once grades are released and check units and GPAs to make sure you are eligible.

- Q: Sorority Recruitment begins before the regular housing contract allows students to return to their residence hall rooms. What if I live on campus? A: Panhellenic arranges for students to move in early, to their actual room, for a fee of $30 a night. This is not included in the registration fee. All fees are billed to student accounts, no payment is needed seperate from your University bill.

- Q: If I cannot make it to a day during recruitment. What do I do? A: E-mail the VP Membership (usdvpmembership@gmail.com) with your excuse. Excuses will be made on a case-by-case basis for the orientation meeting. If you have to miss a day of formal recruitment, the chapters will be notified what day you are missing and why. You are not guaranteed to be asked back to chapters for those events you miss. It is up to the chapter to decide based on the information.

- Q: Do I have to complete MyStudentBody? A: Yes. If there are problems, you may want to contact the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion.

- Q: Can I be reimbursed for the Recruitment fee if I don't join a sorority? A: Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

- Q:When is the last day to register/how much does it cost? A: Early registration is on or before Fri December 14, 2009 at a cost of $30 and Regular registration is through December 14, 2009 to January 13, 2010 at a cost of $45.

- Q: Are there late registration? A: No. Registration is CLOSED after January 13, 2010- NO exceptions will be made.
