REACH is a program tailored to focus on Realizing Experiential Achievements through Communication and Harmony for groups as a whole and their individual members. Challenge and initiative activities are used to facilitate learning. Activities can be catered to strengthen group cohesion, group processing, interpersonal relationships, or individual members' self-awareness and confidence level. Please take adequate time to complete the form below; it will better help us to provide the best program for your groups needs. The Office of Outdoor Programs is currently seeking motivated & energetic USD students, faculty and staff to join the R.E.A.C.H. Program. “R.E.A.C.H” is an acronym for ‘Realizing Educational Achievements through Communication and Harmony’. This program is based upon the model of leadership development via experiential education. The R.E.A.C.H Program will serve everyone in and outside of the USD community, to assist in group development, self-awareness, communication, problem solving, and creating activities/events that are fun!
