
USD FIT is a campus-wide initiative, led by Campus Recreation, to develop our university community in mind, body and soul. For one week each month during the semester, we invite you to enjoy a featured FREE Fit & Active class and experience how these activities strengthen each wellness aspect.
Relieve stress, have fun, and get FIT without leaving campus! No registration is necessary. Just show up to the featured class and sign the liability waiver to participate. If you like the class, you may register for our semester long Fit & Active program for a small fee.
