USD Personal Training motivates and educates our university community to incorporate a holistic approach to achieve a sustainable lifestyle of optimal health and fitness.

Step 1. Preview Your Trainer

Our trainers are nationally certified and educated in specific areas including postural assessment, body composition, strength training, sports performance, cardiovascular endurance & general nutritional counseling.

Step 2. Select Your Package

Online Fitness Consulting $100/month

  • Online food and lifestyle logs with ongoing feedback by trainer
  • Personally designed workout plans
  • Online video instructions and tips
  • Email communication for questions
  • One meeting per month with trainer for movement testing and assessments

*Semester package training sessions must be scheduled prior to end of finals.

Packages are based on two training 50-minute sessions per week to achieve desired results and include:

  • Functional Movement Screen™ and corresponding corrective exercises
  • Individualized training program aligned with client goals
  • Personal guidance for regular exercise and nutritional needs
  • Access to exclusive training tools and special equipment checkout

Step 4. Register

  1. To register, click here.
  2. Choose "Recreation Programs & Classes" in left-hand navigation.
  3. Sign-in with MySandiego username and password.
  4. Enter personal information.
  5. Scroll down to the "Programs" section.
  6. Select desired Personal Training option.
  7. Check once you have read the Release of Liability form.
