Utilizing Functional Movement Screening and corresponding corrective exercises, Coach Rob Bauer creates unique programs tailored to individual needs and designed to maximize fitness success efficiently.

Packages are based on two 50-minute training sessions per week to achieve desired results and include:
- Individualized training program aligned with client goals
- Personal guidance for regular exercise and nutritional needs
- Access to exclusive training tools and special equipment checkout
Step 3. Download Forms
Download and complete our two training intake forms to share with your trainer during your initial visit.
Step 4. Register
- Go to Campus Recreation Registration
- Sign-in with MySandiego username and password
- Enter personal information
- Scroll down to the "Programs" section
- Select desired Personal Training option
- Check once you have read the Release of Liability form
