USD Personal Training motivates and educates our university community to achieve a sustainable lifestyle of optimal health and fitness.

      Our nationally certified Personal Trainers design unique programs tailored to individual needs that maximize fitness results. Please follow below instructions to connect with a trainer.

      Step 1. Confirm Trainer Availability and Scheduling

*Semester package training sessions must be scheduled prior to end of finals.

Packages are based on two 50-minute training sessions per week to achieve desired results and include:

  • Individualized training program aligned with client goals
  • Personal guidance for general exercise and nutritional needs
  • Access to exclusive training tools

Step 3. Complete Intake Forms

Download and complete our two training intake forms to share with your trainer during your initial visit.

  1. Fitness Evaluation
  2. PAR-Q
  3. Liability Form

Step 4. Register

  1. Go to Campus Recreation Registration
  2. Sign-in with your MySandiego username and password
  3. Enter personal information
  4. Scroll down to the "Fitness & Facilities" section
  5. Select desired Personal Training option
  6. Check once you have read the Release of Liability form
