Abs & Toning

  • Group Exercise - Fall/Spring
    • Membership entitles you to over 20 fitness classes weekly including Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp Blast, Indoor Cycling, Abs & Toning, and more... taught by expert instructors for our campus community.
  • Employee Group Exercise - Fall/Spring
    • Select fitness classes (Monday - Friday 8 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1 p.m., 5:15 p.m. 5:30 p.m., and 6 p.m.) offered to USD employees at a discounted rate.
  • Group Exercise - Intersession 2014
    • Enjoy a variety of group fitness classes over intersession, including Makeover Monday Abs & Toning andHealthy Humpday Zumba!
  • Group Exercise - Summer
    • Enjoy our weekly group exercise program this summer with classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Abs & Toning and more.
  • Recreation Classes
    • Over 60 for-credit or non-credit recreational classes are offered each semester, providing students with the opportunity to learn new skills and activities while increasing their physical strength and fitness.
