Yoga/Pilates Exercise Room: The 1st Floor offers a 440 square foot multipurpose instructional classroom for mind-body-soul activities such as Yoga, Pilates, meditation, prayer and silent retreat.
The Mission Café is a full-service coffee/juice bar and sandwich shop featuring an assortment of healthy food choices and late night snack options including fresh organic foods such as sandwiches, salads, and a student favorite, frozen yogurt.
Group Exercise: During the academic year, students have the option to enroll in the group fitness program, which provides access to a plethora of classes for a nominal semester fee. Examples of these Group Exercise classes include Yoga, Pilates, Abs & Toning, Bootcamp and Spin.
Cardio Equipment: Throughout the 2nd floor are a variety of leading manufacturers' cardiovascular equipment including 10 treadmills, 11 elliptical machines, and a Stairmaster. All equipment are equipped with Cardio Theater to tune into your desired television channel.
Strength Training: A circuit of Nautilus strength training equipment (including our Freedom Trainer, which "offers versatility and user-defined paths of motion") circles the 3rd floor, with an aerial view of 2nd floor cardio equipment, 3 racks of free weights (ranging from 5 - 75 lbs), bikes, exercise balls, resistance bands, jump-ropes and other balance tools.
