Classes are 45 minutes.
Functional Circuit Training is held outside on the Valley field, and Spin classes are located at the Sports Center.
All other classes are held in the in the Missions Fitness Center Exercise Room (1st Floor/Café level).
Class Descriptions
Abs & Toning
Strengthen your core while toning your body with dynamic exercises targeting your abdominals and lower back
*Functional Circuit Training
Increase flexibility, muscular strength and endurance while raising your metabolic rate to increase fat loss.
Get "back to basics' to optimize strength improvments through fundamental movements.
*Functional Circuit Training held outside on the Valley Field.
HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butts, and Inner Thighs)
Target those stubborn areas with a mix of floor work and core conditioning in this ultimate fat blasting workout!
Power Yoga
This Vinyasa style yoga emphasizes core and full body strength; connecting breath to movement to create heat in the body to strengthen muscles and challenge your focus.
*Spin
Indoor cycling stimulates major calorie-burning through an efficient workout that allows you to tone your lower body and get your cardio done at the same time. *Spin class held at the Sports Center Exercise Classroom, SC-109.
