Michael M. Rosen

Michael M. Rosen is a patent litigator at Fish & Richardson P.C.'s San Diego office. His practice emphasizes all aspects of patent litigation, from discovery to motion practice to claim construction to trial. His cases have involved computer software and hardware, medical devices, Internet applications, automotive applications and other technology areas. Michael earned his B.A. and J.D. at Harvard Law School, where he served as a teaching fellow. He is a regular contributor of articles about legal issues to the San Diego Daily Transcript and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. He lives in La Jolla, Calif. with his wife, Debra, and their three children.
