Professor Eisner teaches in the areas of intellectual property and technology law.
Professional Experience
Eisner has been in private practice for over 30 years, with broad corporate and finance law experience and a specialty in intellectual property transactions. She has worked extensively in the telecommunications, hardware, software and networking industries, and has special expertise in development, acquisition, protection and exploitation of proprietary technology and the commercialization of that technology through the development, manufacture, and distribution of products. Eisner routinely assists companies in the development of licensing, distribution, and other intellectual property strategies, including the structuring and negotiation of strategic alliances, cooperative development transactions, and collaborative development and marketing agreements.
