E-mail and Password Information
What is my email address?
Your email address is your MySanDiego username@sandiego.edu. You will receive your username and password when you register for your MySanDiego account in the Tech Support Center UC 117 or Academic Computing in Serra 205. (For example, if you are assigned the username "jerry-03", your email address will be jerry-03@sandiego.edu.)
**Remember that your password is case sensitive. You will need your username and password to connect to MySanDiego.
What is my password?
The password you created when creating your account is your E-mail password. If you need to change your password, you can do so here.
Can I Forward my E-mail?
Log into your USD Webmail, click on options in the upper right corner. In there select the “Forwarding” option, select “yes” and input the desired forwarding address. Ensure you click the “Apply” button.
What if I forget my password?
1. Bring your USD ID card to the Tech Support Center, UC 117 or Academic Computing, Serra 188. We may be able to look up your current password, or reset it to a new password.
