iTeam members are available by appointment to consult with you or your entire department about:

Created in the summer of 2007, the Instructional Design and Training team (iTeam) is a group of IT professionals dedicated to ensuring successful implementation and adoption of technology by faculty users. Team members specialize in a wide variety of technological skills to serve your needs and can assist you with things like WebCT course redesign, streaming media integration, virtual environments exploration, live virtual conferencing, voice tool implementation, video and audio enhancement, plagiarism detection products and much, much more. Consulting is available for individuals as well as departmental needs.
Whether you are considering using a new technology for the first time or have plans to redesign a WebCT course, these can be daunting tasks and one might ask ‘where do I start and how do I make this happen? Properly utilized technology can often appear seamless, which is the goal, but making this happen requires advanced planning and thought regarding desired outcomes.
