Faculty Start-Up Template

TemplateWith the Start-Up template, based on the On-line Course Guideline’s Program, you can get a basic course together in a matter of hours. The guidelines cover all of the basics a course should have. The template, based on these guidelines, already meets these guidelines and is easy to modify to suit your course(s).

The template includes:

How do I get the template?
There are two ways you can get the template into your course(s).
  1. When using the Course Activation Form, enter into the comments field "Load the Faculty Start-Up template and your course will come with it.

  2. All faculty should be enrolled as 'Instructor' in the template, so it should appear in your list of courses when you log in. When you click on your new course for the first time you will see this screen. Check Copy Content from a New Course, then choose the template. It will load into your course and you are ready to begin.
