Exhibitor Information
Register Now: Click here to complete the short registration form. Registration is free, we ask only that you donate a door prize!
Registration Includes: One 6-foot table, table linen, two chairs, signage, and data connection (possibly wireless). In addition, your company logo will be used on various promotional materials both before and during the event. If you need additional equipment or resources, please indicate on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate.
Map & Parking Information: We will have reserved parking spaces available for our exhibitors in the Missions Structure. The kiosk attendant will direct you to that location upon arrival. Click here to see a map of loading/unloading zones.
Door Prizes: Please let us know what you will be donating. We will be publicizing your contributions throughout our promotional campaign!
Arrival and Setup: Exhibitors may begin to arrive at 11:00a.m. Loading and unloading zones are indicated on the map (see Map & Parking above).
