Exhibitor Information
Register Now: Click here to complete the short registration form. Registration is free, we ask only that you donate a door prize! In return for your donation of a gift in one of the following categories we will include your company branding on all of our promotional materials and display at the event along with recognition for your contribution.
Platinum – Prizes valued at $500 +
Gold – Prizes valued at $250 - $500
Silver – Prizes valued at up to $250
Registration Includes: One 6-foot table, linen, two chairs, signage, electricity and data connection (possibly wireless). If you need additional equipment or resources, please indicate on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate.
Map & Parking Information: We will have reserved parking spaces available for our exhibitors in the Missions Structure. The kiosk attendant will direct you to that location upon arrival. Click here to see a map of loading/unloading zones.
Door Prizes: Please let us know what you will be donating. We will be publicizing your contributions throughout our promotional campaign!
Arrival and Setup: Exhibitors may arrive and begin setting up at 8am on event day. If your setup requires more than 2 hours of setup time, please contact us to make special arrangements to begin setup on the afternoon of Thursday, 2/14. Loading and unloading zones are indicated on the map (see Map & Parking above).
