Ryan T. Blystone covers special interest stories and campus events for Inside USD as its main contributing reporter. He directs the university-wide social media efforts and contributes stories to USD Magazine and other print projects as needed.

Blystone came to USD in January 2007 following a newspaper career spanning 18 years at publications in the Kern, Los Angeles, Orange County and Santa Barbara counties as a sports editor, reporter, columnist, layout and copy editor.
