PEER ADVISORY GROUPS

Participation in a Peer Advisory Group is available for all family members, and it is encouraged for family members to separate and join different groups. PAG's are comprised of small confidential group meetings where families can openly discuss issues that affect the family enterprise. A professional moderator leads the conversation to create a safe and strategic environment (confidentialy agreements are required for participation). Personal goal-setting and accountability is emphasized amongst the members, and participation is capped to retain small group synergy.
