Coronado's flat white sand beach is consistently rated one of the best beaches in the world. | 4. Cabrillo National Monument (8 miles)
At the tip of Point Loma, Cabrillo National Monument is a very popular destination. A two-mile walk through coastal sage scrub begins near the lighthouse.
