Using Tickets For Your Event

Ticket Options:

Have the following information ready:  Name of Event, Date, Time, Location, Sponsor,      Cost, Who being sold to, On Sale Date, and Legacy Code.

1.  Create your own & sell in the UC Box Office:

Create a ticket with your event information (Who, What, Where, When, Why). Tickets should be copied on a bright color that cannot be copied and individually numbered.  You should specify undergrad, graduate, law, faculty/staff and selling amount.   To sell in the UC Box Office, you will need to have a detailed memo with the Ticket sale information, POETS (for the revenue), and length of sale.  Talk with Kily Jones, UC Operations x4796, about setting up the Ticket Sale.

2.  JCP Creates ticket & UC Box Office Sells:

The JCP can print tickets through its ticket program at a fee per ticket. In order to create the tickets, contactthe JCP Ticket Office x7886. To sell in the UC Box Office, you will need to have a detailed memo with the Ticket sale information, POETS Code (for the revenue), and length of sale. Talk with Kily, UC Operations x4796, about setting up the Ticket Sales.

3.  Using Ticketmaster:

The Associated Students has an agreement with Ticketmaster to sell tickets. Ticketmaster should be used only for larger events, targeting off-campus sales.  Organizations/ departments can use the AS agreement for a fee. Please contact Jason Schreiber, Director of Student Activities x7719 to use the agreement.
