Potential DS students:
Documentation submitted after the 20th of April will be evaluated and accommodated next semester (Summer or Fall 2012)
Students who have been approved for accommodations must complete their intake appointment by April 30th to receive accommodations for final exams.
Current DS Students:
The last day to submit Exam Authorization forms for Final Exams is May 7th.
