Real Estate Major

Real estate is a multi-disciplinary field, and the real estate major is designed to provide students with an understanding of the different disciplines that make up the real estate profession. As a Center of Excellence within the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration, the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate [link to center] supports the undergraduate major and minor in real estate through career services, networking support, and industry events.

You’ll take business courses developing a foundation in accounting and economics, strategic, financial and operations management, business law, analytics, and marketing. Supported by School of Business Administration faculty and enhanced by savvy industry leaders, courses focusing on the legal, financial and technical skills required in real estate will create a robust knowledge base from which to build your own success story.
