Application Requirements
The MSRE program is offered as a full-time (11 months) or part-time (22 months) program. Students are admitted to the program for the fall semester cohort only.
When applying, please provide the following:
- Completed application (form below)
- College/university degree transcripts (officially sealed). A minimum undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) on the equivalent of the last 60 semester hours (approximately two years).
- An official copy of the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score taken within the last five years.
- Three (3) recommendation forms; including one academic and one professional.
- Statement of interest in a real estate career (no longer than two pages, double-spaced, 11-point font).
- Resumé showing at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Application Fee of $80.
- International applicants whose native language is not English, or whose undergraduate instruction was not in English, are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum acceptable score is 580 (237 on the computer-based test).
* * An invitation to interview will be offered to select candidates after
a complete review of the written application. The decision to grant an interview
is at the discretion of the admissions committee and may not be arranged
by the candidate. A committee comprised of alumni, staff and faculty conduct
interviews. All interviews are conducted in English regardless of the interviewer's
or applicant's native language.
