Short-Term Graduate Study Abroad

Short-term graduate business study abroad options are offered in Europe, Latin American and Asia. (Locations vary each year.) These courses are open to graduate students from around the world, providing a truly international experience. Each location offers a choice of graduate courses, giving participants the opportunity to study topics particularly relevant to their individual career goals.

Bangkok

International Practicums

The international business practicum is a field-based, short-term consulting project for a company in another country to address a current and significant problem identified by that organization. In some cases project teams consist of University of San Diego students working with graduate business students from a university abroad.

Ipanema

Semester Exchange Programs

Semester exchanges with partner institutions abroad allow USD graduate business students the opportunity to attend courses at universities in several countries and earn graduate credits toward their USD graduate program. This opportunity provides students with valuable international training through course work, cultural immersion, and potential internships. Exchange relationships have been established with leading universities in Brazil, China, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, South Korea, Spain and others. Most of these programs offer courses in English as well as in their home languages.

Monterrey

Dual Degree Program

Graduate business students at the University of San Diego (USD) have the opportunity to enroll in a Dual Degree Program with the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Tec). The Tec system includes several campuses across Mexico as well as a Virtual University which provides cutting-edge, distance education throughout the Americas.
