Noun: Unity or agreement of feeling or action, especially among individuals with a common interest; Mutual support within a group.

The SBA Solidarity Committee has developed a three-pronged approach to aid in reaching the goal of making USD's SBA a great place to work by fostering an environment of community and unity and working together with SBA faculty, staff and administrators to address needs as they arise. We feel that our three foci - service, social and professional - are equally important, aligned with USD's mission, and will be essential building blocks for increasing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction and commitment.
