Administrative Director, MSRE, Graduate Business Programs Assessment
Ines Kraft is the administrative director for the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. She brings 24 years of strategic administrative and education management experience to the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. She has a strong background in curriculum development and implementation, faculty/staff development, student retention, policy development and internal/external compliance. Prior to joining the University of San Diego, Kraft served as the dean of academic affairs at The Art Institute of California-San Diego. She has also worked for the University of Phoenix as the chief academic officer for the San Diego campus, in technology program and project management and for Total Recall Learning, Inc., an educational software company where she developed and implemented strategic, operating and financial plans and was involved in product and market development. Prior to her career in education, Kraft was a commercial banker for 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Skidmore College, and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in comparative literature from Indiana University.
