Overview

We successfully went live with Xtender for Admissions in October. The Admissions team is busy scanning documents and enhancing their processes. They have added automatic emails to the Arts and Sciences group to inform them of transcripts received. This has been a huge success. Our Registrar team and our Paralegal team were both trained in November. Their scanners have been installed and some users are getting dual monitors to help with the indexing of documents.

We trained a large group of Financial Aid users in January along with the Student Accounts team. We are also continuing to monitor for performance issues and synchronization with Banner. We look forward to February 11th when the FA office goes live with Xtender.
