Vendor Access

Vendors interested in exhibiting on the campus of the University of San Diego need to adhere to the following guidelines.

Complete the food permit inquiry application. Submit your form via email at least seven business days prior to your event. Your application will be reviewed by the Director of USD Dining. You will receive notification as to whether or not your application has been approved within 72 (business) hours. Contact Carol Norman, Director of USD Dining, with any questions:

Certain vendor insurance requirements must also be met and documentation sent in with your application. View insurance requirements here

Once the application has been approved it is the vendor's responsibility to read through the County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health regulations and to obtain the proper permit(s).

Please note: depending on the type of event - the Health Department may require 30 days advance notice.

Off Premise Catering

To use an outside vendor for food, other than USD Catering, please contact Carol Norman, Director of Dining Services You must seek approval for an outside vendor ten business days in advance of your event.
