Homecoming and Reunions
Homecoming & Reunion weekend is the largest alumni gathering of the year bringing thousands of alumni home from all over the world. Each fall, Toreros reunite for a fun weekend of reminiscing, tailgating, Torero football, special milestone class reunions and affinity reunions.
Homecoming and Reunions Weekend 2009 is set for October 16-18, 2009.
Come celebrate the 60th Anniversary of USD at the biggest party of the year!
Join thousands of your fellow USD alumni at this year's Homecoming and Reunions Weekend, October 16-18. This will be the most exciting Homecoming on record celebrating the 60th Anniversary of USD. Reunion Class years ending in 4 & 9 will be celebrating milestone anniversaries.
Although the campus has grown, it's still the USD you know and love! Be part of this important tradition, and show pride in your alma mater.
The weekend activities include: Welcome Reception, Campus Tour, Picnic and Tailgate, Football Game (USD Toreros vs the Drake University Bulldogs) and Halftime Ceremony, Dinner with President Lyons, Class of 1984 -25th Reunion Party, Class of 1988 -20th Reunion Party, Class of 1998 -10th Reunion Happy Hour and the Alumni Mass and Brunch.
