Draft a personal action plan describing the contribution you can make to two or three of the strategic initiatives during the next 6-18 months.

• Attend co-chair meetings with other Strategic Directions representatives.
• Communicate specific learning objectives in first-year that relate to other Strategic Directions initiatives (especially Inclusion & Diversity, Internationalization, and Catholic Social Thought).
• Communicate and discuss the where, when, and how of those related learning objectives.
• Listen to progress and ideas of other Strategic Directions committees and use to inform work of First Year Experience.
• Share assessment practices and findings with all.

Identify individuals who could be partners in your commitment and the joint contribution you could make.
