Individual Action Plans
As their opening exercise during the morning session, workshop participants were given twenty minutes to do the following:
- Draft a personal action plan describing the contribution you can make to two or three of the strategic initiatives during the next 6-18 months.
- Identify individuals who could be partners in your commitment and the joint contribution you could make.
The 52 participants listed below submitted plans, which can be read by following the links below. These plans are neither contracts nor commitments. The participants were given no advance warning about the exercise, and these plans represent their initial reactions of rising to the challenge of drafting an action plan in a short time. The plans are posted here as a reference for the committees, who may follow up with individuals who expressed interest in advancing a particular initiative.
