Architecturally, the University Terrace Apartments are an exceptionally scaled and unique housing complex. It is made up of 38 two-bedroom, single story units, grouped in eight linear rows that terrace down a small hill. Landscaped walkways separate each row of units while each successive roof plain serves as an outside deck and patio for the following unit. Lightly detailed, enough relief is provided to recall the Spanish Renaissance Style.
